Refund policy
We currently do not accept refunds. All sales are final, so make sure to select the correct size and input the correct shipping & billing address. If, for some reason, you input the wrong shipping address and the package is returned to me, you must pay for the new shipping label to be sent to your revised shipping address.
If, for some unknown reason you receive a defective or damaged item (meaning holes, scratches, rips, or unintentional stains), please email infosaintverc@gmail.com with your order number and picture(s) of the defects & damages within 1 day of receiving the item so we can assess how to proceed with the situation.
